Dynamic and playful vinyasa flow practice that invites to explore the link between breath and movement. This class is designed to help you find ease, presence and fluidity in your own body, whilst challenging you at the same time. The class is beginner friendly and open to all fitness levels.
Instructor: Luciana Triggiano
Equipment: A yoga mat or towel.
Joining Instructions: This class will be held on Zoom, you can access zoom via desktop or you can download the app. You do not need an account or subscription to use Zoom. You will receive an email including the link to the class 24 hours before the class starts.
Please note: It is compulsory for you to fill in our Project Active Participant Registration Form before you attend the class. It should only take a few minutes and allows us to better understand our demographic. You will only need to fill this out once per academic year.
