Dynamic Pilates is a higher tempo fierce version of Pilates. Incorporating the six principles of Pilates you will be working from top to toe, taking your workout to a whole new level. The class is beginner friendly and open to all fitness levels.
Instructor: Kirty Mody
Equipment: Pilates mat or towel.
Joining Instructions: This class will be held on Zoom, you can access zoom via desktop or you can download the app. You do not need an account or subscription to use Zoom. You will receive an email including the link to the class 24 hours before the class starts.
Please note: It is compulsory for you to fill in our Project Active Participant Registration Form before you attend the class. It should only take a few minutes and allows us to better understand our demographic. You will only need to fill this out once per academic year.
