Come to our Volunteering Fairs

Our volunteering fairs are designed to help you discover London’s many vibrant communities and get involved in exciting opportunities. Each year we invite our community partners and student-led projects to set up a stall and speak to you about their roles, straight after the Welcome Fair at the start of term. It's a great opportunity to meet passionate volunteer recruitters and find out more about what's on offer.

The Volunteering Fairs take place on three days (Thursday 6 OctoberFriday 7 October and Thursday 3 November) with different projects on each day! Feel free to join for one day, or attend all fairs!

Attend an event

Throughout Welcome 2022, we're running lots of events - one-off volunteering, information sessions, networking breakfasts and more.

Have a look at our calendar, sign up and get involved.

Short on time?

Can't make a long term commitment? Not sure if volunteering is for you? Try out some one-off volunteering. It's a great way to meet new people and make a difference.

Volunteering during COVID-19

Even whilst social distancing measures are in place, we've plenty of volunteering opportunities on offer. In fact, we're getting more enquiries from students than ever! Every recruiter must tell us how they're ensuring the safety of their volunteers in the wake of COVID-19 here in the UK.

Questions?

We have constructed a comprehensive Frequently Asked Questions page to help you find answers as quick as possible. You will find FAQs related to findings and signing up to opportunities, being on a volunteering placement, DBS checks, and Covid-19.
